30 Day Good Photos Challenge, Day 29 Subject - Shoes

My shoes are boring black. Willie's, however, are much more interesting like these genuine Alaskan Iditarod booties, a gift from his Aunt Jane and Uncle Robert. They enjoy traveling in Alaska during the dog racing season. They've been volunteer workers at different points in the races, helping with recordkeeping, feeding the dogs and mushers. Here they're at an Iditarod training camp.
